We actively recruit new employees from some of the nation's best schools for the construction and materials industries, and we may be coming to your school soon. Dates will be posted next to each school name when information becomes available.
Internships
Teichert's internship programs offer hands-on training where you can learn from - and work alongside - our team of seasoned professionals and some of the most knowledgeable leaders in the industry.
- Summer Work Employment Program (SWEP) and Advanced Summer Work Employment Program (ASWEP):
These positions are open to students aged 16-25 who are sons or daughters of Teichert employees. Many of our current employees started in the SWEP and ASWEP program, continuing the legacy of having generations of families work for Teichert. - Engineering Intern Program:
This program is open to students currently enrolled in a college-level Engineering or Construction Management program and working toward a degree in one of these areas.
